Method

1.Heat oil in large saucepan; cook onion and paste, stirring, until onion is soft, remove from pan. Add chicken, in batches, to same pan; cook, stirring, until browned.
2.Return onion and chicken to pan with stock and potatoes; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are tender. Stir in coconut milk, juice, sauce and basil; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
