1.Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender; drain. When cool enough to handle, quarter potatoes.
2.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave asparagus until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
3.Combine ingredients for yogurt and mint dressing in small bowl.
4.Place potato and asparagus in medium bowl with cucumber, watercress, pepitas and dressing; toss gently to combine.
