Method

1.Stir-fry bacon in dry heated wok until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
2.Heat oil in same wok; stir-fry pork and onion, in batches, until browned.
3.Stir-fry curry paste in same wok until just fragrant. Add beans to wok with pork mixture, bacon, stock and paste; stir-fry, tossing until sauce boils.
