1.Stir the water, wine and sugar in large frying pan, constantly, without boiling, until sugar dissolves; bring to a boil. Add cinnamon, cloves and fruit; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until fruit is just tender. Using slotted spoon, transfer fruit to large bowl; cover to keep warm.
2.Return poaching liquid to a boil; add pork. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until pork is cooked as desired. Cool pork in liquid 10 minutes then slice thickly. Discard poaching liquid.
3.Combine chillies with fruit; divide fruit and any fruit juices among serving bowls, top with pork.
