1.In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat; cook prawns, onion and garlic, in two batches, for about 2 minutes or until prawns change in colour. Transfer to a large bowl.
2.Add wine to the same heated pan; simmer for about 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half. Add sauce; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
3.Add prawn mixture and oregano to pan; stir gently until heated through.
