Lemon grass and asparagus chicken

1.In a medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, lemon grass, sugar, ginger and half of the oil.
2.Boil, steam or microwave asparagus until just tender. Rinse immediately under cold water; drain.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok over medium-high heat; stir-fry onion for about 2 minutes, or until just soft. Remove from wok. Stir-fry chicken mixture, in batches, for 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4.Return chicken mixture and onion to wok with asparagus and tomato; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat or until heated through. Serve sprinkled with coriander and sesame seeds.
