Lamb with plum glaze

Sweet and sticky lamb loin cutlets with a plum glaze make a nice change from the usual. Continue the Chinese theme and serve with fried rice.

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine chops and combined remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 20 minutes.
2.Cook chops on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Serve with fried rice, if you like.

If you have time, marinate the chops, covered, for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
