1.Combine honey and mustard in small bowl.
2.Brush chicken both sides with half of the honey mixture. Cook chicken on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan), brushing with remaining honey mixture.
3.Meanwhile, make fennel and celery slaw. Trim fennel, reserving about 1 tablespoon of the fronds. Slice fennel thinly; combine with celery and parsley in large bowl.
4.Serve chicken with slaw, sprinkle with reserved fennel fronds.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, pour over slaw mixture; toss gently, season to taste.
