Method

1.Combine five-spice, sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic in small bowl.
2.Combine lamb with 1 tablespoon of the five-spice mixture in medium bowl.
3.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate noodles with fork, drain.
4.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned all over. Return to wok; add remaining five-spice mixture, chilli, ginger and onion; stir-fry until onion softens. Add noodles and buk choy; stir-fry until hot.
5.Serve stir-fry sprinkled with coriander and nuts.
