Piri piri dressing
1.Combine chicken and sauce in large bowl, cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Make piri piri dressing. Place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Cook undrained chicken on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned and cooked through.
4.Place cabbages and mint in large bowl with dressing; toss gently to combine. Serve coleslaw with chicken.
Piri piri sauce is a spicy chilli and vinegar mixture sold bottled commercially in most supermarkets. You need about a quarter of both a large red and a large white cabbage for this recipe.Note
