Method

1.In a medium, baking-paper-lined steamer over a medium saucepan of simmering water, cook potato about 25 minutes or until tender.
2.Meanwhile, place juice, dill, mustard, oil and sugar in screw-top jar; shake well, season to taste.
3.Combine potatoes and dressing in large bowl. Serve topped with extra dill, if you like.
