Method

1.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Cut squid down centre to open out, score inside in diagonal pattern then cut into thick strips.
2.Combine seafood, salt, pepper, five-spice and chilli in large bowl.
3.Heat half the oil in wok; stir-fry seafood, in batches, until cooked. Heat remaining oil in wok, stir-fry peas until tender. Return seafood, to wok with sauce, stir-fry until hot. Serve with wedges.
