Chicken, pork and rice noodle stir-fry



1.Combine sugar and sauces in large bowl with chicken.
2.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water. Separate noodles with fork, drain.
3.Drain chicken mixture, reserve marinade. Heat half of the oil in wok, stir-fry chicken mixture, in batches, until chicken is browned all over and cooked through.
4.Heat remaining oil in wok, stir-fry pork, onion and garlic until pork is cooked through.
5.Return chicken to wok with noodles and reserved marinade. Stir-fry until heated through, remove from heat. Add sprouts, coriander and peanuts, toss gently to combine.
