1.Combine char sui sauce, peanut oil, honey and grated fresh ginger in large bowl, add 8 lamb cutlets, turn to coat in mixture, stand 10 minutes. Drain cutlets, cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until cooked as desired.
