Method

1.Place burghul in medium bowl; pour enough boiling water to cover. Stand burghul about 30 minutes or until tender.
2.To make the lemon dressing: Combine ingredients in small jug.
3.Drain burghul in sieve, pressing out as much water as possible; place in large bowl. Add tomatoes, remaining ingredients and dressing; toss gently to combine. Season to taste.
