Broccolini and snow peas in oyster sauce

Fresh broccolini and snow peas with that perfect al dente 'snap' and drizzled with oyster sauce make great sides for fish, chicken and meat cooked with Asian flavours.

1.Bring stock and the water to the boil in deep frying pan or saucepan. Add broccolini; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
2.Add snow peas, simmer, uncovered, for about 1 minute or until snow peas and broccolini are just tender. Drain.
3.Arrange broccolini and snow peas on serving platter; drizzle with oyster sauce and sesame oil.
