Black bean sausage stir-fry

A super fast sausage stir-fry that is savoury, slightly peppery, but completely delicious.

Method

1.Cook beef sausages in a medium saucepan of boiling water until cooked through. Drain on paper towel; slice thinly.
2.Stir-fry sausages in a heated oiled wok, over high heat, until browned. Add red capsicum and red onion; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
3.Add snow peas, black bean sauce, beef stock and water; stir-fry until heated through.
