1.Shell and devein prawns.
2.Combine 2 tablespoons of the sauce with beans, garlic, ginger, sherry, oil and chopped chilli in large bowl; add prawns. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
3.Drain prawns; discard marinade. Thread prawns onto 12 skewers.
4.Cook prawns on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides.
5.Serve prawns with combined remaining sauce and sliced chilli.

If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least an hour before using, to avoid splintering and scorching during cooking.
