Toblerone cream in chocolate cases



1.Melt Toblerone chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water (or in a medium microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute), stirring until smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
2.Beat cream in a small bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in cooled melted chocolate until combined.
3.Spoon chocolate mixture into chocolate cases and top with strawberries.
4.Not suitable to freeze. Chocolate suitable to microwave.

This recipe is best made close to serving.
