1.Cut pineapple into eight wedges; remove core from each
2.Preheat grill to 200°C.
3.Place pineapple on oven tray; sprinkle each wedge with sugar. Cook under grill until sugar is melted and pineapple is lightly golden (watch the sugar carefully as it melts much faster than white sugar).
