Method

1.Strain pulp into small bowl. Reserve seeds and juice.
2.Stir sugar and the water in medium saucepan over high heat until sugar dissolves; simmer without stirring, uncovered, 5 minutes. Transfer to large heatproof jug, cool; stir in juices.
3.Pour sorbet mixture into loaf pan, cover with foil; freeze 3 hours or overnight.
4.Process mixture with egg whites until smooth; stir in reserved seeds. Return to loaf pan, cover; freeze until firm.
