Method

1.Place coffee and the water in coffee plunger; stand 2 minutes, plunge coffee. Cool 5 minutes.
2.Divide ice-cream among serving glasses; pour liqueur then coffee over ice-cream. Serve with wafer sticks.

We used Bailey’s Irish Cream in this recipe, but you can use any irish cream liqueur.
