1.Beat ice-cream in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth, stir in biscuits and chocolate. Pour into loaf pan, cover, freeze until firm.
2.Make chocolate topping. Melt chocolate and oil in small bowl over hot water.
3.Scoop ice-cream into cones, drizzle with chocolate topping.
The chocolate and oil for the topping can be melted together in a microwave oven. Make topping just before serving ice-cream.Note
