Apple strawberry crumble

Fill your kitchen with the smell of this fabulous dessert.

This fabulous dessert is quick and easy to prepare. With a load of fresh apples and strawberries and topped with your choice of topping – and the smell is outrageous!

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease six 10cm (4in) round, 1¼ cup ovenproof dishes. Peel, core and coarsely chop apples.
2.Combine apple with strawberries, vanilla bean paste, orange juice and maple syrup in a large bowl.Divide among dishes.
3.Make your choice of crumble topping opposite; sprinkle over fruit.
4.Bake for 25 minutes or until topping is golden and fruit bubbling. Serve with thick Greek-style yoghurt.


5.Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub mixture together until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Freeze raw toppings for up to 3 months. Use straight from the freezer and bake for 25 minutes.
