Ingredients

Method

1.Combine 3 teaspoons fine semolina, ⅓ cup of cooled boiled water and ⅓ cup apple juice in a small saucepan; simmer over medium heat, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly; stir in a little breast milk if desired, or for older babies, yoghurt. Give your child as much apple semolina as desired.
