Method
No-bake malteser Christmas pud
1.Line an oven tray with baking paper. Turn muffin upside down to sit flat on tray.
2.Attached chocolate balls to side and top of muffin using white chocolate to cover. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
3.Drizzle with remaining melted white chocolate to resemble custard. Top with mint leaves and raspberry, attaching with a little more of the remaining white chocolate, to resemble holly. Allow to set. Serve.
You can make a large version by substituting the muffin with a pre-bought, layered mud cake.
