1.Grease and tine base and sides of a 26 x 16cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
2.Process biscuits to make fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl. Add banana lollies, butter and milk; mix well. Press into prepared pan: smooth surface. Chill until required.
3.Place chocolate and copha in a small heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let base of bowl touch the water). Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes, or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Remove bowl from pan.
4.Pour chocolate mixture over chilled slice; smooth surface. Chill for 3 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
You could replace banana lollies with 1 cup finely chopped dried figs or raisins.Note
