Method
1.Grease 6 hole (3/4 cup/180ml capacity) muffin pan.
2.Sift flour into large bowl, add chillies, spices, cheese, chorizo and capsicums, mix well. Add garlic, onion and corn, then stir in eggs, butter and buttermilk.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared pan, sprinkle with extra paprika. Bake in moderately hot oven about 25 minutes.
