1.Dry-fry anise in small frying pan until fragrant; chop finely.
2.Warm a tray on stove top or in oven; cover with baking paper.
3.Combine anise with remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
4.Spread chocolate mixture onto tray as thinly as possible; refrigerate until set.
5.Break bark into rough pieces. Serve with coffee or ice-cream, if you like.
