1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Place pastry on tray and fold edges in by 1cm to form a border.
3.Arrange plum slices, slightly overlapping, on pastry. Dust with 2 tbsp of the sifted icing sugar.
4.Bake tart 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and lightly brown. Serve tart dusted with remaining sifted icing sugar.
