1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
2.Heat butter and oil in medium frying pan; cook potato, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until potato is browned and tender.
3.Meanwhile, shell and devein prawns. Add prawns to pan with potato; cook until prawns change colour.
4.Whisk eggs with sour cream in medium bowl until smooth; stir in dill. Pour mixture into pan; stir gently. Cook tortilla over low heat, about 10 minutes or until bottom sets.
5.Wrap pan handle in foil; place pan in oven. Cook tortilla, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until tortilla is set and browned.
6.Stand tortilla 10 minutes before cutting into bite size pieces; serve warm.
