1.Preheat barbecue (or grill pan or grill plate).
2.Brush pork with oil, season, place on heated grill plate, cook, turning, until browned all over. Remove from barbecue, place in a disposable aluminium baking dish.
3.Combine cinnamon, ginger, vegetables, syrup and sauce in a large bowl, season. Place vegetable mixture around pork in the baking dish, brush pork with a little of the sauce.
4.Cook pork and vegetables, covered, using indirect heat, for 1 and 1/4 hours. Stand pork, covered loosely with foil, for 10 minutes before slicing thickly.
