1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
2.Place pizza bases on oven trays. Sprinkle half the pizza cheese over bases. Divide mushroom, feta, chives and remaining pizza cheese among bases.
3.Bake about 15 minutes or until pizza tops are browned lightly and bases are crisp.
We used a greek feta, which crumbles well and has a sharp taste.Note
