1.Grease 20cm round sandwich cake pan. Sift flour and cinnamon into medium bowl, rub in butter, stir in muesli. Add honey, stir in enough milk to mix to a soft, sticky dough.
2.Turn dough onto floured surface, knead until smooth. Press dough out to 2cm thickness, cut into 5.5cm rounds. Place rounds into prepared pan, brush with a little extra milk, sprinkle with sugar.
3.Bake in very hot oven about 15 minutes.
