1.Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan; line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
2.Combine butter, sugar and honey in small saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.
3.Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir in butter mixture. Press mixture firmly into pan; bake, in oven, about 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan before cutting into bars.
