Why order take-away when you can enjoy these loaded hamburgers at home? Top tasty hamburger patty with all your fave ingredients for easy dinner.

There’s something utterly comforting about picking up a freshly baked fluffy bun, filled with a juicy patty of meat and oozing cheese… and the best part? The flavour combinations are endless. No longer restricted to the basic beef patty but sometimes the classic is exactly what you want. A big fluffy bun with juicy meat patty and some fresh tomato and lettuce, pickles or not depending on your tastes! And of course you can’t serve a burger without a side of hot chips.

Beef patties


1.Place bread and milk in a large bowl; stand 10 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat; cook onion and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened.
3.Add onion mixture to bread mixture with remaining ingredients; season well. Combine ingredients well using your hands.
4.Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5.Cook patties in a large oiled frying pan or barbecue plate over medium-high heat for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
6.Halve and toast 4 burger buns. Sandwich buns with mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomato, patties and sliced cheddar. Serve with pickles.

Patties suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
