Method

1.Arrange 3 cones close together on a microwave-safe plate. Set aside.
2.Prepare packet mix following instructions. Set aside 5 minutes, before spooning mixture into cones until half-full.
3.Microwave on high (100 per cent) power 40-45 seconds. Allow to cool. Repeat with remaining cones and cake mix.
4.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and vanilla together until creamy. Gradually beat in half icing sugar, milk, then remaining icing sugar. Tint icing with food colouring of choice.
5.Spread icing over cakes. Top with sprinkles of choice and snowflakes. Wrap in cellophane with ribbon.
