1.Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. In two batches, stir in sifted flours and cocoa,. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Roll dough between sheets of baking paper until 1cm thick; refrigerate 30 minutes.
2.Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Grease two oven trays and line with baking paper.
3.Cut 25 x 6.5cm stars from dough. Place stars about 4cm apart on trays. Decorate with choc chips.
4.Bake stars about 20 minutes; cool on trays. Dust stars with extra sifted icing sugar.
