Chocolate peanut cookies

The hardest thing about this chocolate peanut cookie recipe is stopping yourself eating all the chocolate covered peanuts that are destined for the bowl.

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Lightly greased oven trays.
2.Beat butter, peanut butter, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer until well combined. Transfer mixture to large bowl; stir in sifted dry ingredients and nuts.
3.Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls with lightly floured hands. Place about 3cm apart on oven trays; flatten slightly with hand.
4.Bake about 12 minutes or until browned lightly; cool on trays.
