1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease a 23cm-square slab cake pan and line with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over sides.
2.Stir butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat, without boiling, until mixture is smooth. Cool until just warm.
3.Stir sugar and egg into chocolate mixture, then combined sifted flours and 2 tbsp cocoa, coconut and half the chocolate bar. Spread mixture into pan; top with other half of chocolate bar.
4.Bake brownies about 40 minutes; cool in pan. Cut into 24 pieces; dust with sifted remaining cocoa.
