Cheesecake brownies



1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease deep 19cm-square cake pan, line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over edges of pan.
2.Stir butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Cool.
3.Beat egg and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy. Stir in chocolate mixture and sifted flours. Spread mixture into pan; bake 10 minutes.
4.Make topping by beating cheese, vanilla extract, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth, beat in cream. Pour topping over brownie base.
5.Bake cheesecake about 15 minutes. Cool in oven with door ajar. Refrigerate 3 hours.
