1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
2.Oil a 10.5cm x 21cm loaf pan.
3.In a medium bowl, add flour, cheese, olives, ham, mint and pepper. Add egg and butter; stir until well combined. Spread mixture into pan.
4.Bake loaf for about 35 minutes, or until browned lightly. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.
