Method

1.Place tart cases on oven tray; bake 10 minutes at 180°C. Let cool.
2.Meanwhile, stir sugar, butter and half the cream in small saucepan until sugar dissolves. Simmer, uncovered, without stirring, 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
3.Stir in chocolate and remaining cream; refrigerate 10 minutes. Spoon mixture into tartlet cases; sprinkle with hazelnuts and sifted cocoa powder.
