Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Brush lamb with combined vinegar, oil and garlic. Cook lamb on heated oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until cooked as desired. Cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, make fattoush. Toast bread in oven about 5 minutes or until crisp. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Break bread into pieces over salad; toss gently to combine.
4.Serve lamb with fattoush.
