Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
2.Place fresh apricots, cut-side up, on oven tray; sprinkle with combined oats, dried apricots, sugar, honey and the water. Bake about 15 minutes or until fruit is tender.
3.Meanwhile, combine cheese and spices in small bowl. Serve fruit with spiced ricotta.
