Throughout our recipes we’ve suggested whether or not recipes are suitable to freeze. We’ve chosen to say ‘not suitable’ when coconut milk or large quantities of mushrooms and potatoes are used. However, if you don’t mind the food looking a bit sad after it’s thawed, almost anything will tolerate freezing.

The best thing to serve with most soups is bread! Something nice and soft that can sponge up all the delicious soup from your bowl at the end of the meal. Or, you could get fancy with some cheese-topped slices of toast to bring some extra flavour to your meal. Perhaps even a classic garlic bread, especially with an Italian-style soup.
