Summer spaghetti with peas and ham

Ingredients

Method

1.Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, in a medium microwave-safe bowl, cook frozen peas on high (100%) for 2 minutes or until tender.
3.Transfer peas to a food processor with garlic, pine nuts, herbs, cheese, oil, salt and pepper. Process until almost smooth.
4.Toss pea mixture through hot pasta. Add ham and toss gently to combine.
5.Serve with extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
