Ingredients
350 gram green beans, halved
2 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
8 green onions, chopped coarsely
500 gram spinach, chopped coarsely
670 gram baby bok choy, chopped coarsely
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce
1 tablespoon mild sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
Method
1. Place beans in large saucepan of boiling water. Return to a boil; drain.
2. Heat oils in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry garlic, ginger and onion until onion is soft.
3. Add beans, spinach and bok choy; stir-fry until bok choy just wilts.
4. Add sauces; stir until hot.
5. Serve sprinkled with coriander
