Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice pan, extending baking paper 2cm over long sides.
2.Sift flours and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and coconut. Make a well in centre of the mixture.
3.In a jug, whisk butter, egg and vanilla together. Add to flour mixture, stirring to combine.
4.Press mixture firmly into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until starting to come away from the sides.
5.To make Icing; combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well.
6.Spread icing over warm slice and sprinkle with extra coconut. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
