1.Combine the mince, garlic, onion, coriander and chilli in a large bowl; roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
2.Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Cook meatballs until browned all over and cooked through. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
3.Add broccoli stalks to same pan; cook, stirring, until just tender.
4.Meanwhile, separate noodles in a bowl of warm water; stand for 5 minutes. Combine noodles with broccoli, sauces, juice, herbs and extra onions.
5.Serve noodles topped with meatballs.
